Here are just a few of my excuses for why I haven't been blogging:
1. We had to go to the Lego store and spend the gift certificate Jake got for Christmas.
2. We have been redoing my mom and dad's kitchen...I know I have already used this excuse but I don't care....
3. We have been b-balling it up.
4. Too busy playing Star Wars Monopoly...
5. Too nice to be inside...but not really warm enough to do this...but it's still fun.
6. We have been looking at houses. My parents have that is....Cats out of the bag Mom you better start telling people....
7. We have been checking out our hair, skin, and check cells in the microscope we found for $9.99 that actually works.
8. We have been decluttering, organizing, and taking stuff to storage...2 storage units full of stuff...
9. Dog sitting in SC. While we were there we upgraded the tree house at Nana and Papa's.

10. Oh I forgot. While looking at houses we celebrated Nee's birthday with some ice cream!...
11. ...and we saw this really cute little ottoman (I didn't buy it...just took a picture) the same day....at the store we bought the cheap microscope at. How adorable is that and easy to make...in theory...
By the way... did I ever show you the cute paint chip/dry erase calendar I made?...I may have...
12. Having slumber parties with cousins while in SC
13. Taking goofy pictures.
14. Getting a manicure by Addie Kate with nail polish that smells like Jolly Ranchers...
15. ...when I was supposed to be helping Ranee make yummy treats for our Super Bowl Party...that I didn't take any pictures of...
16. Having our resident math genius tutor Riannon.
17. Giving shout outs to Pinterest. Can I get a "WHAT?! WHAT?!". Spent some time making
crack bread and liking it (make it even less healthy and use more butter) A LOT. Also the
potato rounds Ranee was holding a couple of pictures ago...Make them both. You will LOVE THEM.
18. Doing a "While You Where Out" (have you ever seen that show?) style surprise makeover of Nana's Kitchen...This is us in the process...I didn't take any of the final product...or the before for that matter. Ranee don't let me down! You have to capture the moment Nana walks in!
19. Having a near death experience and being grateful my guardian angels stepped in to help....Long story that I will save for another post....
20. Doing Weight Watchers for a grand total of....4 days! I stink, I know. I am back at it starting Monday. Yes I know I should not wait until Monday but what is one more day of being a complete slacker. when you have already wasted a month? At least I lost and kept off (I am saying I kept off because I haven't stepped back on the scale to see if they have come back on...so in my mind they haven't...) 2 whole pounds. Imagine how much I would lose if I really did it...
I am sure there are at least a million other excuses I could give for not blogging but I can't remember them right now...But if I could they would be good ones.
I am back. Officially back to documenting the boring to you but thoroughly entertaining to me life I live. Now to try and catch up on all that you guys have been doing...That could take a while so I better get to it....In just a few minutes. Right now as I am typing Aaron and Jake are getting ready to go see Star Wars in 3D with Jeremy and Della in SC! If I was there I would take a picture of them because they are wearing their matching Star Wars shirts...I may have to have them re-inact (how do you write that any way?) it when they get back...Jake is more than excited. Saying excited is a serious under statement! Aaron and I flip flopped. He is there now dog sitting and having fun and I am back home because I had to work at good old Bi-Lo helping out in the floral department getting ready for the Valentine's day rush. But don't feel bad for me missing out on the fun. My mom and I are having a Breaking Dawn Part 1 party tonight (how can I call myself a Twilight fan when I didn't even see the last movie in the theater?!). I caught my mom up on the movie she missed while she was on her mission (Eclipse) last night. Your off the hook for Valentine's Day now Aaron. Thanks for the early gift! I bought it instead of renting it since you pointed out the other day that I own the other one's so why bother rent it when I know I am going to want it. I told you he was a genius.
