Happy Halloween! (Yesterday)

The leaves are finally changing in our neighborhood! We are going to have to go on a walk and take some pictures of all the colors today for sure!
Jake and I headed to IHOP to have his first and last free scary face pancake.  I never knew about it before and since he is 12 this is his last year.  We didn't even eat lunch because we were so full.  Jake ordered a meal along with his free pancake and had a stripe of bacon and 2 pancakes left that we ended up giving to a homeless man outside the Walmart parking lot.  The hot chocolate was so yummy!

We were trying to figure out what Jake was going to go as for Halloween when we found these green vampire teeth at Mighty Dollar.  A six pack for $1.  We couldn't pass it up!  So, Jake was going to be a vampire that needed to brush his teeth until we saw this...
...Hoody Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle sweatshirt!  Score costume you can wear year round!

I headed up the Fall Festival so you would think I would have a whole bunch of pictures...but I don't!  Too busy...Here is the Brother Hurren, the Bishop and Aaron testing the chili for the chili cook off.

We had face painting and jack-o-lantern decorating (mandarin oranges and sharpies!  Thank you Pinterest!))

Doughnut eating...
Pin the face on the pumpkin.  There was a spider web room where the kiddos got spider and bat rings but it was too dark for me to take a picture of.  There was a photo station that I just plan forgot to take a picture of.  We had a costume parade and a bunch of other rooms decorated for trick or treating.

I am so glad it is over!!!!
